Hental Industries Pty Ltd functions in three spheres; tertiary and corporate training in the IT and disability sectors, computer maintenance and children's picture book production and publication.

The computer network training and maintenance is undertaken by David Kitchen in Microsoft, Novell, and Cisco. The majority of this work is for corporate clients in the capital cities and south-east Asia who train administrators and networking personnel for large organisations and companies such as Telstra, The Australian Defence Forces, the banking sector and universities.

Tertiary training is also conducted by Rhonda Tallnash in the disability sector for Skills Training Australia based in Melbourne and Box Hill Institute of TAFE who educate disability personnel working for the Department of Human Services and other registered disability and personal home care organizations. Most of this work is done in the Hume and Goulburn Valley regions.

The third area of operation is the publication and distribution of children\'s picture books written by Rhonda M. Tallnash and illustrated by Vasja Koman.
